Job Description
The ING International Talent Programme is a 2-year program created to boost the talent of recent graduates, giving them the opportunity to be part of ING and discover their strengths and grow to create value for themselves and for the society. The ITP is a challenging, fascinating and inspiring path of personal and professional development. Qualifications
If you think you have the following qualifications;
- Interest in working in the banking industry and learning about different strategies
- Bachelor’s or Master degree with a good academic record
- Maximum 2 years of work experience
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- Customer focused and result-oriented person
- Good digital, analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Great organizational, oral and written communicational skills
- Problem solving mindset
- Passionate about innovation, new market trends and future thinker
- Able to work in an autonomous way, to take initiative and to make things happen with a can-do attitude
- Good team player, willing to join a diverse environment and collaborate with different people
The following qualifications will be an advantage:
- Experience through internships, volunteering, leadership or other extra- curricular activities
- Master’s or postgraduate degree in a financial field
- Participation in financial forums and communities
