The ING International Talent Programme is a 2-year program created to boost the talent of recent graduates, giving them the opportunity to be part of ING and discover their strengths and grow to create value for themselves and for the society. If you think you have the following qualifications;
- Banking industry enthusiast with a strong academic record (Bachelor’s/Master’s) and up to 2 years of experience
- Fluent in English and Turkish, with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and digitally savvy, with excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proactive, innovative, and a great team player who thrives in diverse environments
- Experience in internships, volunteering, leadership, or a financial postgraduate degree is a plus
