Job Description:
Since the Electric Vehicle Charging Operation business line is an indisputable growth opportunity in Turkey and the increasing operational workload within the scope of the strategy, the need for additional FTE(s) has become inevitable.
Within the scope of this "Business Case", the responsibilities, job description and (not limited to below) supporting functions of the additional FTE are listed below:
- Invoices
o Roaming (electron)
o SEAS ve Cylla (electric)
o Capex / OPEX
o CPO / MSP / Call centre
o Campaigns & collaboration costs with NFR (Dealers)
o Margin sharing (with partners, i.e. Trugo and/or Dealers)
o Solar Power Systems BOT & Commissions Monitoring & Invoicing
o Accruals
- EV (B2C) Business Network Operational Contract Management,
- EV (B2C), Solar Power System(s), Waste etc. Announcements, Notifications & Reporting,
- EV (B2C) Data Analysis
o Dashboard
o CPOP
o P&L
o GIB ESU monthly reconciliation and report
- CPOP, GIB & EMRA Site & Charge Point Creation,
- Call Centre Report & Analysis,
- DNO Deposit Assurance Monitoring and Reconciliation / Article 21,
- DNO Licensing and Operating Procedures applications, controls & monitoring,
- Follow-up of payment dispute transactions and stakeholder management,
Qualifications:
Especially when we consider the 231 EV locations (Shell investment 72 locations / Trugo investment 168 locations) and the locations where new installations will be made within the 2025 targets, the additional operational load increases even more and it will be essential that this workload is distributed equally for healthy functioning within New Energies Team.
In summary, related expected competencies from the requested FTE will be financial knowledge, Data Analysis competence, degree from Engineering or Quantitative Sciences, preferably MBA and/or Project Management education, at least 3 (Three) years of experience in the field and expected to be open to development.
