Shell Petrol A.Ş (SPAS) is 100% subsidiary of Shell & Turcas Petrol A.S and manages company operated – site platform in Turkey. With its 86 fuels stations and 2 off-site Select stores, it successfully implements its visions as “being a role model in the industry” with excellent site operations, customer experience and new CVP implementations in fuels, convenience retail, lubs and EV.
This role will act as business support for CO SAM and RBA’s for their business planning and performance related needs, interacts with internal & external stakeholders, reviews and evaluates data, writes reports, help to improve the organization's internal processes.
• Support RBA business planning process including re-plan process and responsible for all admin activities by providing details such as volume, NFR, FTE and RBA opex buckets.
• Support SAM’s to track RBA business progress and update them when necessary.
• Single central contact for RBA’s about their general issues- business plan, RBA performance score cards, HR, IT , legal etc. and responsible for sending regular communications /reminders to RBA community.
• Responsible for creating regular communication channels like newsletters, for RBA’s about their business progress, reminders about their legal and complaince duties.
• Closely work with SPAS finance, SPAS HR , STAS Operations , NFR to collect all the informations on time to calculate RBA’s quarterly premiums.
• Provide clear and consistent reports and analysis to CO and RBA team that allows timely decision making for CO business.
• Support SPAS Operations and Performance Manager to automate and digitalize all operational processes.
• Create regular reports in order to monitor Opex per site and act as a cost controller.
• Following up RSAA audit findings with SAM & RBA’s.
