CO SAM will be based in İzmir/Bursa and responsible for 10-20 retail sites at Izmir, Bursa, Bodrum and / or other parts of Turkey (responsible territory is dependent on the growth opportunities in Turkey)
Shell Petrol A.S is 100% subsidiary of Shell & Turcas Petrol A.S which is leading the Company operations site platform. Mobility and Acquisition Area Manager (İzmir) will be responsible for managing around 20 Retail sites, in İzmir, Bursa and Bodrum region, which are being operated by its experienced RBA network . This role will also responsible for e2e territory management, including site investment decision processes, excellent site operations and management of RBA platform in related region.
• Understand the dynamics of Company Operations & to ensure its development for Operational excellence and profitability.
• Responsible for delivering local Network Real Estate targets as part of Multi Year Plan (MYP), specifically being in charge and focused on implementation of the strategy, covering, maintaining and expanding network through Contract Renewals and delivering growth through NTI/S and VA projects throughout Turkey within the Territory.
• Analyze site’s P&L including site opex and create alternative network plans for more profitable network in the territory
• Keep the ongoing/strong relationships with the CO landlords who might be outside of oil industry.
• To control CO sites, work in accordance with HSSE and E&C rules and take the necessary actions to complete the deficiencies.
• Deliver growth, IP Volume, contract renewal, care and maintain, value added and asset integrity projects as per network & sales plans to increase network efficiency and profits and ensures long-term growth and competitive position in the territory.
• To implement the customer value proposition that maximizes profits and ensures long-term growth and competitive position in the territory, alignment and management of the network
• Effective management of Retailers
• Understand RBA platform and each RBA’s performance & approach to implement changes in the Territory
• Review RBA’s performances and create improvement plans and follow those plans
• Implementation of key business activities (Volume, NFR, new energies, HSSE, operations etc. )
• Implementation of sales polices, delivery of operational KPI’s
• Deliver growth, contract renewal, care and maintain, value added and asset integrity projects as per network & sales plans to provide top and bottom-line growth in the Territory.
• Deliver IP volume targets of the Territory by taking site-based actions in collaboration with Network, NFR and Marketing team.
• Continuously monitor market, competitors, legislations; customer demand trends to update relevant parties and incorporate into operations.
• Ensure all sales, NFR, financial, operational and HSSE goals of the territory are delivered in Compliance with SGBP that maximizes profitability and sustainable long-term growth; in collaboration with NFR, Network, Marketing, Finance, Supply Distribution, Legal teams.
