The Role:
- Planning project and work schedules, defining tasks, and monitoring them,
- Coordinating and managing software projects or other projects that may affect business processes,
- Investigating the applicability of current technologies within the company and ensuring their use,
- Performing project control and performance monitoring,
- Conducting research within the scope of incentive management (Ministry of Trade, KOSGEB, Ministry of Industry and Technology, etc.),
- Documenting processes and preparing reports.
The Requirements:
- Graduated from engineering or basic sciences departments of universities,
- Highly skilled in project management with high energy levels,
- Knowledgeable about project management methodologies,
- Proficient in English,
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Trade Ministry Supports (Turquality and Export supports),
- Preferably knowledgeable about KOSGEB Supports and TÜBİTAK-EU Grant Projects,
- Advanced documentation and record-keeping skills,
- Proficient in MS Office and Visio programs,
- Analytical thinker with a results-oriented approach,
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented,
- Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul
