Job Description

Position: Scouting Hero Intern

Location: Remote (with potential for travel)

Duration: 3 months- possibility for extension

Start Date: July 2024

Responsibilities

As a Scouting Hero Intern, you will:

  • Explore and identify promising startups globally, across various industries.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to assess startup potential.
  • Attend startup events, pitch sessions, and networking opportunities to discover new ventures.
  • Collaborate with the helo! team to evaluate and shortlist potential investment opportunities.
  • Assist in maintaining a database of startups and providing regular updates on their progress.
  • Support the creation of detailed reports and presentations for internal review.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in startups, venture capital, and entrepreneurship.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Enthusiasm for exploring new ideas and innovative solutions.
