Details of Ideathon:

This year, our Ideathon will focus on the theme of "Inclusive Language" under the DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) framework.

The first day will feature training on Inclusive Language and DE&I workshops.

The second day will include ideathon and design thinking trainings.

The third day will involve team presentations.

The winning team will earn the opportunity to participate in Kordsa's global online internship program, GO Reinforcers, in September. Additionally, they will collaborate with Kordsa's DE&I committees, which include international teams.
