Job Description
We perform various analyses that meet the sectoral needs by utilizing the NGS short reading and long reading technologies. Our interdisciplinary approach, developed through working with a diverse portfolio of institutions and fields such as Universities, R & D Centres, Healthcare Providers, Veterinary, Agriculture, Environment, and Industry qualifies us to provide authentic and targeted solutions to novel problems in any given field.
We are looking for interns who are willing to join us in our long-term internship program. The program offers an opportunity to work for various departments in our company. The interns will provide support on operations, projects, and reporting for the department they are accepted.
Our Departments:
- Bioinformatics: Contribute to cutting-edge bioinformatics projects, analyze biological data, and assist in the development of innovative solutions for advancing biotechnology and healthcare.
- Software Development: Collaborate with our development team to code and optimize software solutions, gaining hands-on experience in the creation of innovative technology products. Assist in designing and coding back-end systems and APIs, optimizing data and integration. Collaborate on web interface development, ensuring user-friendliness and responsiveness.
Bioinformatics Intern Responsibilities (Candidates should accommodate in İstanbul or İzmir):
- Analyze biological data using bioinformatics tools and techniques.
- Contribute to research projects related to genomics, molecular biology, and biotechnology.
- Assist in the development and validation of bioinformatics pipelines.
- Collaborate with the bioinformatics team on data interpretation and analysis.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in bioinformatics and related fields.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project documentation.
Front-End Developer Intern Responsibilities (All candidates from Turkey and abroad are welcomed):
- Collaborate with the development team to implement web designs and user interfaces.
- Write clean, well-documented HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
- Optimize web applications for speed and performance.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback for interface improvements.
- Work on integrating third-party APIs and services.
- Stay updated on front-end development trends and best practices.
- Experience with JS/TS Frameworks such as React, Node etc is a plus.
Cross-Platform GUI (Qt 6/C++) Developer Internship Opportunity (All candidates from Turkey and abroad are welcomed):
What we are looking for:
- Interns with strong focus on self-improvement.
- Interns who have experience in C++11, C++14 or C++17 programming language.
- Interns who have experience in or willing to learn cross-platform desktop GUI programming with Qt 6 framework.
- Interns who have experience in or willing to learn programming with Boost libraries (particularly Boost.Asio, Boost.Intrusive, Boost.Multi-Index).
- Interns who have experience in or willing to learn virtualisation with QEMU.
- Interns who are eager to work on presenting big data in width/height constrained GUI windows.
