About Us

The Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University (KKSU) is a leading centre of education, science and culture in the Pre-Aral Sea region and the Southern West part of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Its mission is to improve the learning and teaching process through the introduction of new technologies following the Bologna Process principles, to develop professional skills of the faculty and students of the University through a combination of theory and practice, training of highly competitive professionals. The Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University entered the TOP-300 of the best universities in Eastern Europe and Central Asia according to the QS University Rankings: Emerging Europe and Central Asia (QS EECA), ranking 273 last 2 years. According to the rating of the Independent Kazakh Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (IQAA) Korkyt Ata KSU occupied the 9th place among the multi-profile universities in 2018.
