This position is responsible for:

• Formation of corporate knowledgebase on new technology trends, services and applications,
• Contacting startups, hubs, insurtechs, universities and entrepreneurs for triggering new business opportunities through importing and integrating their technology and know-how,
• To guide the departments in the organization that need support in the field of digital transformation,
• Consulting innovation groups of the company. These groups are formed by volunteer employees and work to prepare a prototype in one of the focus area,
• Contributing to the Digital strategy of the company.

• Graduated from Computer Engineering departments or related fields of universities,
• Ability to research on new technology trends and adapt to business processes and products,
• Ability to create ideas, suggestions, evaluate ideas, solve problems and make decisions,
• Basic understanding of software development and database structures,
• Able to use MS Office applications at an advanced level and have strong presentation skills,
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
