Job Descriptions
The Hospitality Ambassador Program involves university students who act as brand representatives within their campus community. It targets the 18–25 age group, aiming to promote the Hilton brand and its career opportunities. The program's goal is to strengthen Hilton’s presence among younger generations while building interest in the hospitality industry. Participants will carry the title of Hilton Hospitality Ambassadors.
Responsibilities
- Identifying top 3rd and 4th-year students in key departments to maintain communication for post-graduation opportunities.
- Staying connected with department representatives to inform students about mandatory internships, job openings, and management trainee programs.
- Actively engaging with student clubs and event offices to organize potential activities and promote Hilton as an event partner.
- Representing Hilton at on-campus and off-campus events, including booth duties.
- Creating approved social media content to promote Hilton and stay updated on current social media trends.
- Building a pool of students for one-day assignments when needed.
- Informing students about potential learning and development programs.
Qualifications
We are seeking passionate university students who embody Hilton's values. The ideal Hospitality Ambassador is, preferably a 2nd or 3rd-year university student actively attending their studies; an outgoing, motivated individual with strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to connect with their peers.
