We are looking for candidates who would like to work with us for an internship program in the Customer Support and Operations departments.

Job Description

In the customer support department, you’ll get to work on the following areas:

  • Follow up with customer orders
  • Respond to customer e-mails, manage information flow
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, amendments, cancellations to orders
  • Work with courier companies and other cargo services to ensure that customers receive their orders on time
  • Communication to Customer Support Manager in relation to all customer care & support issues
  • Time management of effective customer care delivery
  • Maintenance of existing Customer Care tools (databases, manuals, in-house forms)


In the operations department, you’ll get to work on the following areas:

  • Preparation of packages and their contents to be sent to customers
  • Keeping track of orders coming through the website
  • Answering questions directed by customers and sending informative e-mails
  • Shipping, tracking, and delivery of products
  • Other daily customer service and operations duties as needed

Qualifications

Requirements for the customer support intern:

  • Preferably in the 3rd or 4th year of the university or newly graduated
  • Preferably studying Tourism Administration or experienced in that field
  • Excellent command of English
  • Able to work in shifts, and adjust himself/herself to work in shift work
  • Customer-centric point of view
  • Proactive ideas and dynamic approaches to solving problems
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Clear, kind, and informative communication style in an e-mail, chat, on the phone
  • Ability to keep up with a highly motivated team and being a team player


Requirements for the operations intern:

  • Preferably in the 3rd or 4th year of the university or newly graduated
  • Preferably studying Tourism Administration or experienced in that field

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
