As an HSSE & Contractor Safety Advisor in Mobility HSSE team we would like to work with a candidate;
- Implementation of Downstream Mobility HSSE strategy driving the businesses towards Goal Zero performance
- To be build people’s competence by helping them learn about HSSE risks, look for things that could go wrong and know how to manage the risks
- Be active team member of supporting the Mobility HSSE manager in line with the annual Mobility HSSE plan and strategy.
- Inspecting and evaluating physical standards and behavioural aspects of HSSE at Mobility sites
- Ensure no repeated serious incidents by improving the quality of investigation, quality of the learning from incident and the effective sharing with the relevant parties.
- Coordination between T&S and Mobility operations and follow-up of the closure of non-conformities reported by the RTS team.
- Being contract holder of fire extinguisher contracts for Mobility sites.
- To increase Mobility Engineering and New Energies Team competencies with technical training
- Operate ‘Contractors HSSE Leagues’’ in Shell which is a recognition program for increasing risk awareness and safety culture.
- Coordinate to compliance of Mobility Contractor Management System
- Lead the digitalization of E2E Contract Management System
- Manage the accredited contractors’ HSSE requirements with ‘’Contractor HSSE Management System.’’
- Conduct Contractor Capability Assessment processes by organizing online and on-site audits,
- Manage Deep Dive Assessments for High-Risk Contracts with a yearly plan,
- Organize Contractor site audits and follow the nonconformities and actions with audit reports,
- Organize periodical ‘’Contractor Safety Meetings’’ with Contractors and Contract Holders
- Implement and localize new SEAM Standards on Contractor Safety such as Work Permit Systems, Work Clearance Forms, Frontline Work Execution etc.
- To attend Mobility contractors’ BPR meetings with focusing HSSE.
- To check for the annual HSSE Plan for High-Risk Contracts.
- Train the contractors’ employees to get Shell Passports due to the Work Permit System.
- Manage all incidents investigation processes of Contractors with root cause analysis and prepare «Learning from Incidents» sheets,
- Keep in touch with Global Contractor Safety authorities in Shell Global team.

As an HSSE & Contractor Safety Advisor in Mobility HSSE team we would like to work with a candidate;
- Graduated from the Engineering Departments of Universities
- Experienced at least 5 years in HSSE position, preferably Petrol & Energy Sectors
- Preferably, being a Class B or C Occupational Safety expert
- Have an auditor experience for Contractor & Supplier Management
- Having knowledge of statistics, analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, and reporting skills strengths
- Strong communication and coordination skills,
- Able to work as a team, high communication competencies
- Able to adapt dynamic working environment
- Eager and open to self-development and learning,
- Keen to keep up with the new digital age and will be able to develop his/her business in a creative way
- Advance level of English language skills in terms of speaking, writing and understanding
- Integrated Management System experience
