This role will be the «team leader role» of SPAS Operations and Performance team of 4 direct reports and their subordinates. The main responsibility of this role will be coordinating all e2e operational and performance activities of SPAS sites inline with CO sustainable and profitable growth strategy. This role will also work for making SPAS’s operational & business processes simpler, leaner and 100% complaint on Turkey’s legal processes and Shell policies.
• 4 direct reports ( CO Growth Advisor, Operations Advisor, Support Analyst and SAS TL )
• Being the guardian of implementing sustainable & profitable CO growth strategy by providing required operational and analytical supports to field team, implementing lean processes and systems, improving ways of working with other stakeholders, with his/her team.
• SPAS has very high financial and legal risks against local regulatories which may effect its “License to Operate” He/She will be the owner of all e2e operational processes both on the field & Backoffice, increase business controls at every step and make sure of running the business 100% compliant.
While doing this, she/he must use continuous improvement skills, eliminate unnecessary processes and look for the opportunities to automate and digitalize.
• Owner of RBA‘s Performance Management ( from selection to development of SPAS’s RBA portfolio including score card development). Managing RBA master plan, defining RBA competencies and skills, build up the desired competencies and behaviors through RBA Improvement programs.
*Creating and managing RBA master plan with the cooperation of BM, BDM, and SAMs
*Defining RBA competencies, skills, and behaviors in line with RBA master plan
*Managing RBA onboarding process in line with RBA master plan with the coordination of SPAŞ HR and training department
*Designing and coordinating regular Business Performance Review processes with RBA’s including underperformance management with the cooperation of SAM’s.
• SPAS has the highest Opex budget in Mobility Turkey. This role will be responsible for all SPAS Opex optimization opportunities by closely coordinate with Engineering, NFR , HR, finance and put required controls by considering SoD and other business control principles.
• Being the focal point and contract holder of service providers of SPAS and work with relevant contract holders which invoice directly to SPAS ( around 150 vendors ) to manage cost effectively.
• Providing guidance for CO strategy implementation and monitor the progress with tangible KPI’s
• Ensure CO operations deliver its plan and grow in line with the strategy
• To achieve golden circle and operational excellence targets.
• Focal point to NFR & Marketing teams for benchmarking (internal/external) exercises, CVP implementations and trends. Provide regular feedbacks to both CO and NFR & marketing team to ensure the efficiency of NFR CVPs in place at CO operation
• Represent CO business in customer complaints and internal audit processes. Closely working with RSAA & HR teams to close gaps, eliminating frauds and make sure required actions are taken.
