We are looking for a highly motivated Learning & Development Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in Learning & Development, Human Resources, and related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in training and development projects,
- Support the design, delivery, facilitation, reporting, and documentation processes of training activities,
- Create presentations and translate training documents, including eModules and training video subtitles,
- Assist with the administrative tasks of the Learning Management System (LMS),
- Generate ideas for learner engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- 3th or 4th year University students or Master’s students,
- Detail-oriented, organized, creative, self-motivated and an excellent communicator,
- Good command of spoken and written English,
- Strong skills in MS Office,
- Available to work a minimum of 3 to 4 days per week.
