Role Overview:
In this role, you will be instrumental in both assessing potential venture capital investments and managing the startup ecosystem. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence both the financial and developmental trajectories of new startups, working within the largest angel investor network in the country.
Responsibilities
● Scout, evaluate, and analyze investment opportunities in innovative startups for angel investing processes and VC pipeline.
● Employ financial models and market research to assess the viability and growth potential of startups.
● Support the investment decision-making process, including preparing investment memos and assisting due diligence.
● Organize and assist investor days, manage detailed meetings, and support negotiations and closing of investments.
● Assist Arya’s startup programs and events, ensuring flawless execution and strong participation.
● Maintain and enhance relationships with program graduate startups, facilitate interactions and provide support using Arya’s ecosystem resources.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a closely related field from a reputable university.
● Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships.
● Ability to work effectively in a team, think creatively, and implement strategic initiatives.
