Our Global Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional commercial skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the BAT Human Resources departments of Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Reward, Performance & Learning or Organizational Effectiveness work together to achieve outstanding business results.
What will you experience during an impressive 18-month career journey:
- Be part of an international development program that combines a real job from day one with structured development through world class trainings aimed at strengthening your commercial acumen, leadership skills and operational knowledge.
- Fast-track career progressing from Graduate to a Managerial role in 18 months.
- During the program, GGs will be assigned to international projects in other markets up to 3 months.
- Explore diverse business functions through rotations and gain valuable experience.
- Broad your horizons with international experience opportunities.
- Develop your project management skills across a diverse range of projects.
- Get support from your coaches and mentors throughout the program.
- Participate world-class global leadership training with other GGs across the globe and local programs.
- Join a global network of graduates and senior leaders, providing valuable connections and insights.
- 2 weeks of intense training with your graduate peers from other end markets called Global Grad Academy.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree
- Max. 3 years of relevant work experiences
- Minimum 6 months of internship experiences
- Possess strong intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background
- Have positive and constructive attitude
- Are driven and ambitious
- Are an inspiring and engaging individual
- Have strong analytical skills
- Are internationally mobile
- Fluent in English
- Advanced level in MS Office Programs (Excel, Power Point, Word)
