The Marketing Intern will contribute to global and local customer experience initiatives in the Human Pharma Business while improving personal skills and qualifications for becoming a marketing person.

• Undergraduate (4th or 5th grade) student preferably in Pharmacy or a related field,
• Willingness to Learn and Develop Personal Qualifications,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Turkish,
• Advanced level of English,
• Strong analytical, organization, critical-thinking, problem-solving skills,
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability,
• Project Management ability with developed follow-up skills,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to confidently inspire and encourage cross-functional teams to achieve collaborative success,
• Creativity & innovation,
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment,
• Experience in Microsoft Programs like Power Point and Excel is a bonus,
• Able to work at least 3 days a week for 6 months,
• Resides or able to reside in Istanbul.
