Being One of the Borusan Team:
We evaluate 3rd and 4th year undergraduate students or 1st year graduate students as long-term
interns within our Borusan Alpha Internship Program. Throughout this program, students continue
their studies while working with us for 2-3 days per week. Our Alpha interns learn, develop,
participate in projects, and contribute alongside experienced Borusan employees from the first day
of their internship, thus starting their careers one step ahead.
We make sure to evaluate our interns for the Borusan Alpha Young Talent Program and support
them to continue their Borusan journey.
Who Are We Looking For?
- If you are a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or you are at the first year of your graduate program,
- If you can work minimum 2-3 days in a week during semester,
- If you love being challenged and feel enthusiastic about problem solving,
- If you have excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
- If you are an active part of your community (being involved in extra-curricular activities such as volunteer works, internships and other projects is always a plus for our recruitment process)
- Lastly, if you believe in the power of knowledge, experience, and continuous learning; we think that Alpha Internship Program is what you’re looking for!
