We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO who will manage all kinds of inquiries via verbal, phone, and email with effective time management, understand and prioritize tasks correctly, communicate with domestic and international institutions to solve problems and conduct necessary procedures on behalf of the executives. 

Responsibilities

What We Expect? 

  • Managing all types of requests (verbal, phone, and email) coming to the executive with effective time management, understanding conveyed messages correctly, and prioritizing tasks, 
  • Communicating with domestic and international institutions (such as banks, accounting firms, law offices, payment method institutions) to resolve arising issues and conduct necessary actions on behalf of the executives, 
  • Preparing necessary reports and presentations, 
  • Conducting service or product research when necessary and procuring the best service or product, executing the purchasing process, 
  • Tracking incoming and outgoing documents, maintaining and archiving files in an organized manner, 
  • Coordinating all processes of domestic and international travels and accommodations, developing cost-effective and solution-oriented proposals, 
  • Collaborating with other executives when required, 
  • Planning and organizing the daily workflow and meetings. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications 

  • Advanced level of written and verbal English knowledge, 
  • Proficient in computer usage and mastery of MS Office programs, 
  • High ability to conduct research, 
  • Developed practical thinking and problem-solving skills, 
  • Analytical thinking ability and result-oriented, 
  • Possess detailed planning and organizational skills, 
  • No travel restrictions domestically and internationally.
