GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or related departments in businesses, online retail sector will be an asset
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration and other related departments
  • Advanced usage of MS Office Tools
  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Facebook Business platforms
  • Knowledge about web/app technologies, SEO, marketing communications and Marketing BI tools
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mind-set
  • Deeply understanding of the following terms: “ROAS, ROI, Optimization, Conversion, Acquisition, COS, Funnel, Segmentation”


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Executing and optimizing paid and owned digital communication and advertising channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Retargeting etc.
  • Determining target groups and segments for campaigns, ads and communications
  • Monitoring, reporting and analysing digital metrics and KPIs via Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and other reporting tools
  • Working closely with CRM, Product, Category and Sales teams to build an effective digital strategy for increasing online sales
  • Supporting and guiding CRM team in creating and optimizing customer journeys to improve digital customer experience and retention
  • Implementing, testing and optimizing the digital marketing automation processes
  • Creating and enriching data interpretations about on-site user behaviours and taking necessary data-driven actions
  • Managing relations with digital performance agency and other 3rd parties.
