Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing relationships with assigned and prospective clients,
  • Helping existing clients understand their needs and which of our features and products best match their goals and expectations,
  • Conducting ad-hoc and monthly category analysis and extracting actionable insights for clients,
  • Playing a critical role in the analysis, interpretation, and presentation of insight derived from data generated by Usersdot’s software,
  • Produce analysis and insight for distribution in Usersdot white papers, blog posts infographics and presentations,
  • Providing constant feedback to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to create a bigger impact on our partnership with our client,
  • Reporting to the Head of Partner & Strategy 

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree,
  • New graduated or 1 - 2+ years of increasing responsibility in an analytics-intensive market research, consulting, e-commerce, retail, manufacturing or similar role,
  • Experience with e-commerce a strong plus,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • Advanced presentation and communication skills,
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented,
  • Ability to deliver high-performing client servicing,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,

Personal qualities:

  • Dynamic, highly articulate, and enthusiastic,
  • Self-motivated with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude,
  • Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines,
  • Problem solver and good at relationship management,
  • Open to development.
