As a Business Development Specialist you’ll drive the sales process with prospective new clients and help companies like Nike, Henkel, Shell and Coca-Cola Company attract today’s young talent. This is a consultative, new business b2b sales role. We're looking for hunters, but you'll be supported with some inbound lead flow as well.

- You'll manage and qualify inbound leads,
- You'll communicate with the Global Customers,
- You'll generate, develop, and close new business with large Enterprise Companies,
- You’ll research companies and approach potential customers through a targeted selling strategy encompassing calling, email, social engagement, and events,
- You’ll drive revenue by setting sales meetings for Account Executives,
- You’ll drive the full sales cycle to attain new business, continuously seeking creative strategies to do so,
- You’ll consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Bachelor's degree in related fields,
- You have 1-3 years of professional experience with time spent in a sales, recruiting, or lead gen role,
- You enjoy being part of a team and doing whatever it takes to help that team succeed,
- You have a competitive spirit and a hunger to win,
- You embrace aggressive goals and work hard to achieve them,
- You’re not easily discouraged and always maintain a positive attitude,
- You have ability to promptly build a genuine rapport with prospects over the phone,
- You have exceptional communication skills and having persuasiveness,
- Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment,
- Verbal & written English is plus.
