Codela enables software developers to advance their programming skills by solving coding challenges. Developer candidates access the technical interview questions while college students get the materials to study for exams.

We also help companies assess their developer candidates accurately, objectively based on true programming skills rather than depending on unreliable resumes. We are trusted by the leading enterprises in Turkey.

Although Codela is a very young startup, we came second in the most influential startup competition, Webrazzi Arena in Turkey, became a finalist in Startup Istanbul, participated in Berlin Techcrunch Disrupt and won the early category in CEMS Startup Challenge in Budapest.

Codela is backed by one of the leading accelerators in the country, KWorks, and alumni of Y Combinator Startup School.

HE POSITION

We are looking for an intern to support us in boosting growth both in national and international channels to increase our coverage.

We are an unconventional, hustler team who left shiny corporate careers behind to challenge traditional methods of technical assessments and truly believes in skills-first approach. Hence, we expect our new teammate to be an eager, quick learner and a relentless hustler. Although we do not require any previous experience in growth or digital marketing, the similar experience is of course valuable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assisting us to boost growth across different channels including owned media, social media, and various 
- Content creation for blog, social media and email marketing 
- Ad design both copy and images (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc skills is a plus) 
- Working with the reports from Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Social Media for tests and analysis
- Periodic email marketing 
- Engaging with our campus leaders, supporting the teams in campus events

ABOUT YOU

- Very fluent and comfortable with English both in speaking and writing 
- Self-starter executor, willing to take initiative, coming up with new ideas 
- Love working with data and metrics. Measure, interpret and improve the results of our work 
- Eager to create impact, see the immediate results and find ways to improve 
- Curious researcher, following global growth strategies and hacks 
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit, excited to work in a startup culture 
- Able to work with us in our office in Istanbul Şişli, at least 2 days a week
