Who Can Apply?

• If you are a senior university student or currently pursuing a master's degree and willing to be in the field with us for at least three days a week for six months, you can apply for the Anadolu Efes Sales Craft.
• If you define yourself as someone with strong communication skills and persuasive abilities, someone who is inclined towards teamwork, energetic, curious, and interested in starting a career in sales, we would love to have you among us!

Anadolu Efes Sales Craft Journey

• You will have the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive week-long training program in Istanbul, where you will have sessions with various executives. This program aims to foster development in the field and provides you with the chance to create a project. It also offers you the opportunity to build a new career path by acquiring new skills.
• Through Anadolu Efes Sales Craft, between May 14th and 17th, you will receive theoretical knowledge from expert sales professionals in Istanbul. Afterwards, with the support of an experienced field sales team and your assigned buddy, you will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge you have gained in practice, either in Izmir or Istanbul. This will allow you to experience sales strategies firsthand and cultivate your learnings with passion!
