Sorumluluklar
- Attend Venture Capital investment meetings with the CEO,
- Plan business and financial strategy and analyze opportunities,
- Headhunting new team players to the relevant departments,
- Finding and onboarding new taskers for the platform via digital marketing channels and growth hacks,
- Plan, test, optimize and scale growth strategies across all online paid acquisition (search, email, affiliate, social, retargeting) and SEO channels,
- Oversee performance analytics and attribution models for all paid marketing investments, using both GA and in-house analytical tools and resources,
- Responsible for the digital marketing budget, spending, and related ROI. Create marketing-specific landing pages using an in-house CMS platform to reduce bounce rates and increase conversions,
- Research and evaluate competitors' acquisition efforts and identify new marketing opportunities,
- Keep up-to-date and apply digital marketing best practices and strategies.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Fresh graduate or 4th-year student in Business, Marketing, or Advertising related degrees,
- Growth hacking mindset,
- Able to use similar platforms and find creative solutions to outperform them,
- Strong analytical capabilities in data analysis, including Google Analytics and in-house data tools,
- This is a HANDS-ON position; you will be expected to work independently on most of these initiatives under the leadership team's mentorship.
