• Has a flexible schedule to work at least 3 days in a week at school period for 6 months

• We don’t require a specific degree background – we believe this is an area where your personality will set you apart. 
• A 4th year undergraduate and 1st Year Master Students or new graduates who have graduated no longer than 12 months after graduation) or a Bachelor’s degree student able to work full-time during the next 6 months.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1) - please do not apply if you are not able to communicate in English

• In Team Future MT Program; you'll be placed in selected departments based on your individual development plan. You will be making decisions that directly determine the future of our company, the way we work with our customers and how we run our business from every perspective. You will; 
• Develop a deep understanding of Decathlon’s international business and flat environment with the opportunity to get to know different departments and units and to work in the department you are interested in
• Learn from experts from many different fields, bring in your own ideas and work on your own projects in collaboration with various stakeholders
• A comprehensive 6-month training program for professional life and personal development
