1. Handle and resolve inquiries coming from customers, Ensuring an effective and successful first-time communication with the customer
2. Follow up on customers' communication daily, find and resolve customer complaints in time, and review & resolve issues including improvement actions to avoid reoccurrence;
3. Analyze customer & order data, identify pain points and create necessary actions for improvement.
4. Work closely with Customer Service, Business Development team, and Product teams to create a better customer experience.
5. Follow the comments of customers on social media platforms and app store ratings regularly and obsessively.
6. Develop business processes according to the operation direction.
7. Take part in operating social media, edit photos, and post on the company page.
