• Managing all administration processes related to internship programs,
• Assisting day to day operational HR processes and involving in weekly meetings,
• Being a back up position in local projects and operational local HR processes,
• Preparing excel data in the needs of the department (ex; headcount reports etc.),
• Supporting team activities and HR related events with creative ideas,
• Organizing employee folders and files.

• Enrollment in university 3rd, 4th year or master student,
• Fluency in English (written & oral),
• Proficiency in applications such as PowerPoint and Excel is essential,
• Strong communication skills,
• Team player and strong experience working in a collaborative work environment,
• Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills,
• Ability to work successfully under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy,
• Background and interest in sports.

Please note that Nike runs and supports an Internship program of 12 months depending on the business needs. All interns are expected to work in the Nike Istanbul office full time in summer (June-September) and at a minimum of 3 days in a week from September onwards. This can be either 3 full days, or can be split into 1 full day and 4 half days.
