- Initiate and collaborate with other functions to work on Supply Chain improvement projects for Nike Customers,
- Improve logistics service quality by continuously seeking and analyzing,
- Ensures all logistics operations are done timely and accurately as well as in line with the company’s global standards,
- Assist with import documentation, including payment requests and customs declarations,
- Coordinate with 3PL and customs brokerage company to ensure timely importation and delivery of goods,
- Assist with bonded warehouse management and tracking shipments,
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and procedures,
- Support the Import Team with other tasks as needed such as reporting, archiving etc.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Enrollment in university 3rd, 4th year with preferred subject areas of Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain etc.
- Fluency in English (written & oral),
- Strong analytical skills,
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills,
- Advanced knowledge of MS office applications, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access,
- SAP will be an asset,
- Ability to work successfully under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy,
- Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in teams,
- Awareness of Logistics/Supply Chain Processes,
- Interest or past experience in sports,
- Passion and knowledge about Nike brand.
Please note that Nike runs and supports an Internship program of 12 months depending on the business needs. All interns are expected to work in the Nike Istanbul office full time in the summer (June-September) and at a minimum of 3 days a week from September onwards.
