- Organize Personnel Files – Hard copy of files due to local legislation,
- Follow-up leave and absence reports,
- Handle Legal/Statutory Reporting,
- New Hire Onboarding/Manage Internal Transfer Documentation,
- Internal Billing Invoices,
- Employment Verification – Local support to HR Service Desk for paperwork,
- Knowledge of accounting if possible.
