Job Description
- Manages TriRiga Tool for the new contract creation and update of current contracts (Rent increase, Termination/Expiration etc.).
- Manages the vendor accounts create/amend process in TriRiga Tool (VSA).
- Manages the regular payments and legal fee process in accordance with the dealer contracts.
- Monitor lease renewal periods and proactively inform relevant business parties for timely actions.
- Manages all the system changes (pricing, contracts etc.) and provides decision making support and management of property portfolio in compliance with governance and assurance.
- Proactive monitors the critical dates to maximize value, minimize business risks, and ensures the Landlords/ Vendors are paid on time and the Tenants pay Shell on time based on contractual obligation.
- Ensures the Financial Assurance through accurate budget forecasting and correct financial entries and ensures Data in our systems is accurate, consistent, and complete to provide analytical support to proactively track, forecast, and align portfolio with market strategies.
- Coordinate the data records and archive activities for the completed projects.
- Manages & control the contact extensions and late openings for securing Shell rights.
- Monitor and track the volume commitments and organize the required legal steps by collaborating with legal team.
- Partners with internal/external departments to analyze and formulate plans that supports performance and delivers impactful business outcomes.
- Control and proceed the “Contract Compatibility Form” according to the approvals as per the MOA.
