Skills & Requirements:
Success candidates will have:
· Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to comfortably interface at all levels of the org across a wide range of teams through to EVP level
· Significant experience in pricing, including a deep understanding of how to develop excellent pricing strategies
· Proven ability to drive large scale technical and capability change
· Substantial commercial experience with a strong background in analytics for pricing
· Technically savvy with a clear vision for how digital technology can drive margin growth
· A strong influencer, coalition builder, and motivator of diverse teams (local and global)
· Effectively demonstrates speed and level of detail in thinking and execution
· Excellent communication skills including presentation skills
· Fluent in English with additional languages as an advantage
