Job Description:
Car Care Business Development Manager is responsible for managing our growth strategy focusing on 4Ps and supporting packed car care category. S/he also designs a perfect Bulk Adblue journey for B2B and B2C customers.
- Implement car care packed growth strategy and cash generation project
- Make Shell Adblue an attractive DVP for dealers and B2B Channel
- Implement investment plans with field teams, HSSE, Engineering, Sales and CP team
- Deliver new Bulk Adblue growth implementation and decide Bulk Adblue investments and launch IPs on time
- Manage and deliver car care data and send & follow relevant reports with field.
- Determine & realize site-based targets and activity plans.
- Implement car care pricing strategy.
- Train new SASs and SAMs for Bulk Adblue
- Manage 1st tier and 2nd tier carcare suppliers as being part of the End to End Shell Operated Supply Chain Model including monitoring procurement activities
