Sorumluluklar

Background

In Turkey, We have “Beni Shell’de Yıka” brand in CO and some DO Sites. Our branded Carwash and Jetwash offer is present in more than 100 sites. Carwash Business Development Manager is responsible for leading & growing the category focusing on 4Ps. S/he also design a perfect wash journey for B2B and B2C customers. S/he needs to work with suppliers and stakeholders(including dealers) to improve customer journey and sales numbers. Moreover she also need to manage suppliers as Contract Holder. This role is expected to spend 2-3 days in the field with Rem tool. Investment and IP approvals will also managed by this role.

Accountabilities

  • Deliver new CW/JW strategy
  • Turn CW/JW a cash generating business
  • Make Beni Shell’de Yıka an attractive DVP for dealers and customers
  • Visiting 12 sites/week with strict discipline including REM entrance
  • Make 1 week of fast visits to reach 20 site visits/week every month
  • Spend time with real customers to understand CX/UX
  • Own related Carwash & Jetwash data and send & follow relevant reports with field
  • Determine & realize site-based targets and activity plans (ex: Hep Kazan & CRM)
  • Deliver pricing strategy with RGM
  • Prepare and share necessary sales and margin reports for CW/JW
  • Manage and deliver service performance KPIs and reports
  • Train new SASs and SAMs for CW/JW
  • Prepare CW/JW activity calendar for hep kazan, cross promo and CRM
  • Execute manned JW project with CO team.
  • Decide CW/JW investments and launch IPs on time
  • Act as an HSSE leader
