CR Business Analyst is responsible for implementing pricing strategy & promotions planning with Revenue Growth Manager & Category managers. S/he will be responsible for running day to day business such as prices changes, promotions, POS system changes with minimizing value leakage in NFR financial operations. S/he will support the business with analyses and insight reports to create value. S/he will create value in NFR with growth & business development projects working closely with IT and CP teams.
Managing & Delivering Day to Day Business
-Management & Implementation of pricing in CO Sites
-Checking of buying prices & minimizing value leakage
-Preparation & creating insights from Category & Sub-Category Reports
-Monthly KPI report & sharing with insights on Business performance based on all KPI's
-Weekly LE forecast & reporting
-Back-up for RGM position
-Responsible for category profitability & pricing benchmark & pricing segmentation
-Tiers pricing system & external price benchmark
-Effective product mapping of categories and subcategories
-Implementation & maintenance of Promax
-Responsible for local CR initiatives: such as Yellow sticker design & Payless Campaign
-Co-support for the Cross-Loyalty project.
-Responsible for implementation of related Regulation Changes that effects NFR operations
-Monthly supplier income invoicing of local suppliers in align with categories
Implementation of Promotions & Monitoring Category Margins
-Responsible for promotional implementations for site based or central such as active sales, buy 2 pay less and other cross promotions
-Post promotion analysis for the local promotions
-Responsible for supporting the connection with CP & Finance teams
-Manage & Implement cross-sell opportunities & baskes size analyses within NFR to maximize value & basket size from current customer base by using advanced data analytics & tools.
-Prepare plans and actuals according to deliver category margin targets
