Job Description:

*The primary objective of the Supply Chain Specialist is to support Supply Teams' operations & business development by delivering data analysis&collection& preparing business reports, presentations, etc.

• Understand CR&Supply Chain dynamics and way of working

• Understand dealer dynamics & buying behaviour for Select Market & NFR Range.

• Analyze business processes & market conditions to identify potential improvement areas & propose new ways of working.

• Ensure current logistics partner serves to all Shell Network with on time and full truck distribution targets.

• Assist the Supply Chain Manager for data collection, SKU & Dealer reports, penetration reports and & presentations

• Support Supply Chain Project for implementation on the field.

• Follow sales and delivery performance of car care products closely for suppliers and dealers, ensure operational excellence for logistics part in CR Supply Chain.

• Assist new Supply Chain Models.

• Working closely with Category team members.

• KPI Calculations and Reporting - Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for tracking, calculating, and reporting the CR Supply Chain KPIs and metrics such as OTIF (On time in full), private label penetration, stock evaluation, waste process.

 • Digitalization – Supply Chain Specialist will be a critical member of the CR Supply Chain Digitalization Initiative team who will work towards developing and deploying a digital solution which will empower SC with smarter and faster optimization of the E2E CR Supply Chain. In addition to these s/he will be communicating between different stakeholders to understand and respond to the different needs and objectives of team member.
