In order to support our strategic growth target in NFR, our foundational growth pillars are expanding Select footprint with new CVPs, launching new deli2go products and implementing new business models to create income from CO & DO channels.

This role is responsible for designing shop layouts, implementing main CVPs such as coffee islands, hot sandwich operations, backwalls and seating areas. Besides s/he will be managing end to end menuboard screens.

In more detail, Format Customer Experience Specialist role (JG6) will be the focal for will be the focal for reporting and invoicing all DO incomes for supply chain, tracking DO Select contracts, royalty revenues and Select franchise fees. S/he will be responsible for management of menuboard visual installations, preparations of visuals and applications on offline visual areas. Besides, this role requires strong focus on detailed shop layouts in Select projects, leadership for coordination of multi-suppliers to serve Golden Circle objectives. This will be a business-critical role since there is currently 1000+ Select shops and new format applications will be expected before new contract cycle.

Accountabilities

• Implementing all CVPs in shop layouts such as coffee island, hot sandwich operations, backwalls, seating areas, car wash business to enhance customer-shopping experience.

• Works closely with the Sales & Acquisition Teams, Retail Engineering and our Alliance partners to create shop layouts in terms of business sense and value to the strategy.

• Works closely with CR category managers and contributes developing shop plans for value propositions at CO and DO platforms

• Works with brand and comms team for new POS materials and site visuals, determines best places to apply new visuals and briefs supplier & comms teams

• Carries the sole responsibility of menuboard management. Tracks the number of installations, prepares yearly calendars with coordination of category teams and installs visuals on pre-determined time schedule.

• Responsible for all invoicing processes with dealers and suppliers

• Manages shop installation calendar with coordination of engineering teams and shelf systems suppliers.

• Tracks closely OPEX budget and income

• Coordinates BPRs with suppliers and tracks the KPIs closely

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture is a plus

• Fluency in English

• Advanced Excel & Power point skills

• Good relationship management and communication skills

• Excellent team player

• Advanced internal and external stakeholder management

• Can-do-attitude

• Autocad skills is a plus

• Passionate to deliver more
