Sorumluluklar

This role will be responsible for delivering operational and analytical support for Loyalty program to implement the loyalty strategies in line with Marketing short & long-term growth strategy and effectively support the Loyalty Manager (LM) in loyalty projects.

Accountabilities

• Supporting Always Win Program: Responsible of the agreement, payment, expansion, back office, set up tracking, budget tracking and allocation, vendor coordination, dealer communication, scheduling set up, coordination for fiber line, prepayment from dealer, receipt tracking, e-cashier, Turpak IT coordination, product tree generation, local product addition, regular calls setup with SAMs and receiving status update, steering committee preparation & coordination and distribution of meeting notes, end-to-end tracking of onboarding process

• Prepare and analyze payment & loyalty related reports (ClubSmart, Always Win, Loyalty dashboard, Competitor Analysis, Liability Report etc.) and support loyalty plan on regular basis

• Assist Payment& Loyalty Team by creating regular and adhoc management reports & team presentations

• Using Alteryx tool for creating loyalty reports & analysis

• Support the delivery of loyalty marketing plan by actively leveraging digital channels

• Responsible for partnership & campaign operations, supporting LM for partnership operations such as issuing, deleting points, invoicing, VOC points issuance, new site openings etc.

• Attend and actively participate regular global calls for loyalty programme & projects

• Support Payment &Loyalty Team members to implement local marketing activities within budget and timeframe

• Work collaboratively with different line of businesses and stakeholders to generate value

• Take personal responsibility for data protection and privacy at all times while complying all HSSE and Shell governance policies

What is typical required Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience?
• Ability to support multiple projects at the same time with tight deadlines effectively and multi-task under time pressure.
• Great team player, highly collaborative personality with good communication skills and building relations based on trust & honesty.
• 2 years of job experience/marketing experience is a plus,
• Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken.
• Advanced MS Office Skills are required,
