• To provide support for developments/operations in 3 suppliers of 40 million TL and the consistency of the reports provided from them.

• To take an active part in upcoming major projects such as Next Gen Artificial Intelligence (AI) Toilets or etc. and to make proper contacts with global partners. New ERA wc project support

• Identifying and defining the business needs of Mobility Operations and stakeholders and map them to technical requirements and in some cases design the technical solution to meet business needs or resolve business problems.

• Maintain and assure business and process materials (SOP) of OE are consistently reviewed, updated as required and stored for access by all team

• Support the Operational Excellence Manager in reporting of;

1. Site Segmentation: site evaluation report based on more than 20 criteria including physical and behavioral ones of sites, this reports has a key role for sites’ network investment decisions.

2. REM; the report showing all 120 field staff and more than 60 office staff site visit data and call to actions accordingly.

3. PMTDR reports; Quarterly calculation report combining 5 separated data sources from different partners.

4. System reporting (REM, SMG) should be mastered, and the data obtained from these reports belonging 1150 stations and 120 Shell staff will make router analyses and will be able to use the results obtained for optimization.

• Not only to publish the current situation by pulling data in reporting, but also to analyze it and to guide the Mobility business line, 1150 dealers and a field team of 120 people by reaching proactive guiding results.

• Manage implementation, maintenance and content of digital tools like SMG, GBW, REM.

• SMG team catch up and attending QBR

• Twentify, Biozymes, Rulopak, Akçay operational tracking and deteckting issues,solve them and RVP coverage field problems

• Customer feedback, plate and station correlation analysis of VOC

• Manage service champions engagement survey VOSC.

• To be in close communication with Field, Marketing, pricing and third party companies as a one team.

• Preparing Budget Report and frquently update it

• To get rid of manual operations, to have the desire and infrastructure to draw accurate conclusions in a short time using the right data. to constantly follow and adapt to innovations in order to improve it

• Station-based WOW process tracking.

• Preparation of Budget report and monthly tracking.

• PO process back up

• Follow-up and implementation of tanker driver training

• Field engagement; site visits and follow-up of phone calls and e-mails from the field.

• Attending regular meetings of HSSE, Team, 3rd party and WILO

• Bachelor degree

• Good command of English

• Analytical minded, Able to set good communication with field sales team, reporting skills and good team player with Continuous Improvement mindset

• Ability to multi task management and work under pressure

• Good command of MS Office Applications, especially Excel
