Job Purpose

 additional:

• This position will primarily work in areas of Site Automations for Fuel, Shop, Car Wash and all related back-end & front-end systems. Position covers Sales, Loyalty & Payment implementations and has responsibility on delivery of related Web Sites and Mobile Apps.

• Responsibility will include working on demand from Mobility businesses and functions, including Sales, Marketing, NFR, SPAS and Cross Loyalty Program.

• Identifying and defining the business needs of their stakeholders and map them to technical requirements and in some cases design the technical solution to meet business needs or resolve business problems.

• Executing IT analysis work on project, enhancements, RFPs and operational support model items. This would include Technical Analysis, Business Requirements Definition, Technical Requirements Definition, Solution Design, Functional Specification & Acceptance Criteria, Acceptance Test Plan & Management and Support Model Documentation aligned with relevant stakeholders.

• Leading vendor management activities and strictly follow the vendors so that solution delivery is in planned timelines.

• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the business, processes, applications, information and data.

• Capturing and analyzing Business process and technical requirements in project, enhancements and operational items.

• Supporting Run & Maintenance operations during Hypercare period in security, incident/problem management, change management and other run and maintain activities as a Functional and Business process expert.

• Third-level support to IDT Operations team for deep-dives and root cause analysis of chronic problems

• Linking technical solution & design with business strategy when working with business partners.

• Leading stakeholder management activities. Creates opportunities to make the stakeholder feel valued and develop trust.

 as-is:

• Monitoring Cross Loyalty - POS Integration rollout schedule based on Rollout Activity Checklist on weekly basis and ensuring all vendors are aligned with weekly plan and acting accordingly.

• Monitoring Rollout Activity Checklist per site in the rollout plan in daily basis and ensuring timing of actions with relevant vendors and resolve any issue, conflict, or misalignment in daily huddles or via instant communication.

• Reviewing Rollout Activity Checklist according to lessons learnt from issues & conflicts, with Continuous Improvement perspective.

• Working with Cross Loyalty Business Specialist to convince dealers to execute the Cross Loyalty migration or end parallel run & start sales operation in the new system, according to project plan provided by Cross Loyalty Project Manager and B2C Portfolio Manager.

• Support Cross Loyalty Business Specialist and Nego Team to introduce Cross Loyalty Site System to Dealers & Accountants and answer their technical and operational queries.

• Managing Change Request demands from dealers & accountants in the Cross Loyalty Site System and working with B2C Portfolio Manager in terms of analysis, design, and delivery of enhancements with coordination of relevant vendors.

• Working with IT Operations Lead to design a unique infrastructure specific to some dealers with exceptional site setup and not aligned with generic infrastructure schema.

• Based on pre-generated test script, coordinating end-to-end testing of Change Requests on Test Lab before they are piloted and implemented on site.

• Coordinating end-to-end tests on Test Lab for major releases with every component of the Cross Loyalty System such as Shell App, Cash Register, Site System, Site System Simulator, and Back Office Systems.

• Assurance of end-to-end tests regression tests on Test Lab to prove as-is working as expected.

• Assurance of keeping test scripts up to date as new functionalities are added or bugs resolved in system components.

• Participating in weekly calls with Global Team for test evaluation and task/action follow-up.

• Working closely with test team in Bangalore to execute the test scripts in coordination.

• Planning & executing deployment of enhancements with IT Operations and Infrastructure team.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience

 additional:

• Web Applications, Mobile solutions and Back-end applications knowledge and experience are required.

• Business Analysis skills and Business Analysis Techniques in business operations and processes

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, experience at Business Process analysis.

• Strong communication/influencing/negotiation/presentation/facilitation skills at all levels of the Business, IT hierarchy and 3rd party service providers.

• Must have strong analytical aptitude and be able to analyze complex problems/requirements and be able to define functionally advanced IT solutions.

• Understanding of application architectural structure, its alignment to business processes and application landscape and its relation & fit to other connected application/infrastructure portfolios.

• Excellent coordination & organization skills to ensure every linked activity is delivered on time.

• Good knowledge on Network, Architecture and Operating System basics to resolve issues during site rollout.

• Driving delivery excellence through influence to convince dealers to end parallel run & start sales operation on the new system at the end of the installation process.

• Excellent testing and system know-how to be able to run end-to-end tests and ensure no software bug penetrates to Cross Loyalty network.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to convince dealers for change in systems & daily operations.

• Good analysis skill to recommend design alternatives for a new infrastructure setup, application functionality or bug resolution.

• Good oral / written English, Turkish.

• Result & action oriented to resolve conflicts, issues and time-consuming barriers in rollout and delivery.

• Role has significant impact on delivery of Cross Loyalty Infrastructure with $2M annual income for 230 sites targeted by mid-2024.

• CO sites in Cross Loyalty network tripled their revenue via Pricing, Promotions and Product Management capabilities in last 3 years.

• 83 CO + 124 DO sites currently running on Cross Loyalty and generating 150K transactions in daily basis with 2800 distinct products.

• Overall target is to rollout Cross Loyalty to all SELECT sites in the network, which is already 930+.

• Rollout operation is managed with 5 main vendors and 30 team members in total.

• Dealer Front ERP Integration is managed with 20+ vendors.
