Job Description
Ensure compliance with all EMRA Laws & Board Decrees. Manage, analysis and follow-up EMRA Volume Reconciliation issues,
Prevent against EMRA administrative penalties and fines.
• Lead and coordinate all Volume Reconciliation Analysts and Supports.
• Coordinate all Volume Reconciliation tasks within harmony in the team.
• EMRA Volume Reconciliation reports approval authority.
• Responsible for TURPAK Volume Reconciliation Team Performance.
• Follow up closely EMRA regulations and improvements on automation system news.
• Improve NTI/NTS and dealer change process according to EMRA.
• Organize the meetings with Turpak & Shell IT regularly.
• Develop new reports that support to sales team.
• Collaboration with Sales Team ,Fuel Quality Assurance Team, Legal, Retail IT, Engineering, Turpak, Terminals and other stakeholders.
• EMRA- HSSE notifications (EMRA is informed by mobile signature.)
• According to board resolution 10338 - as a result of inspections by Turpak, the Automation firm authorized at our dealers ; ensuring and following the receipt of resolution actions of outliers situations.
• Shell-EMRA Automation authority.
• EPDK officials contact authority.
• Following legal processes, creating EMRA overwriting texts, ensuring transmission in cases where warning-alert should be sent.
• The preparation of automation data related to the data requested by the tax team, the Competition Authority and the Emra and sharing it with the stakeholders.
• Member of the PETDER automation group.
• B-10 signature authority (warning letters)
Requirements
We have strict responsibilities for taking action and reporting to EMRA in short time. We have to stop supplying fuels to dealers in some situations. We should be compliance with new regulations.
Good command of English
Proficient at analyzing large amount of data in excel and preparing powerpoint presentations
Leadership skills and experienced in leadership
Excellent relationship building and communication skills
Stakeholder management skill
Teamwork Skill
