Job Description:
The role of the LPG Pricing Coordinator is to maximise enterprise value through effective pricing management and close coordination with all relavant stakeholders in Retail.- In line with the defined Retail Pricing Strategy implement the LPG Pricing decisions by ensuring correct calculation and communication of fuel prices for over 1.000 retail sites.- Using the available global Pricing tools& programs by developing rigorous reports on site by site and general retail sales/margin evolution.- Analyzing &forecasting volume demand for retail LPG at Turkey and depot level to support the cash flow & stock management performance appropriately- Leading Road transport system sites surcharge and maintaining profitability of RTS operations- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the sales force and the Pricing&Demand manager and assist in optimizing long-term profitability.- Develop high quality business information analysis that support the Retail Management Team in business decision making and support all Business Reviews with business relevant information, direct support to Sales and Ops director- Representing Shell in external meetings organized by government officials with respect to Pricing issues- Responsible for general fuel price change implementation and execution of pricing strategy at all retail sites- Be able to use and develop all Pricing related tools (eg FPS, Comprice, Armed) in order to calculate pump prices, dealer sell-in prices and margins correctly in a most rigorous way ensuring margin/volume optimisation- Responsible for demand forecast accuracy for retail LPG by forecasting monthly, quarterly and yearly volume projection analyses- Support daily reporting on volumes and C5 margin- Support business planning with margin calculations- Produce high quality reports on site by site volume and margin evolution and follow-up with sales teams to ensure improved performance-Participate in telcos with Global Pricing LPG team, especially for IT developments and set up of FPS and Armed systems and its interfaces with Gsap- Promote the pricing statement for all trade areas to apply the pricing decision structurely aligned with sales team- Make ontime suggestions on local pricing depending on the market moves to maximize margin- Support and Monitor site and trade area level tactical pricing implementation providing action plan- Reporting EMRA’s report appropriately and correctly after each price changes- Support the development of performance management tools for retailers- Produce quality reporting on main levers of business development, including sales, profitability, promotions, fleet, network activities and building the appropriate network of contacts in order to retrieve the needed information from each stakeholder-Retail focal during intervention period for LPG, coordinate protection clause implementation, prepare prompt high quality analysis and action plan in order to maintain the margin- Analyse and report on key market developments- Coordination with trading and supply with end to end approach- Support Sales&Operations with weekly performance KPIs- Develop Site Visits Analysis Pack and collect related relevant business data from all the different functions involved.- Support the T&R process from national target to site by site level- Identify gaps to T&R and propose actions on time- Act promptly according to the defined Service Level Agreement for all processes- Analyse site elasticity on prices in a way that can support decision making regarding optimisation of volume/margin- Deal with all related IT specific tools, in a particular moment of continuous change and integration between systems- Monitor and ensure pricing compliance on Shell web page- Engagement with Government officers related with Legistation changes and informing them necessarily directed by Retail Pricing and Demand Manager

EXPERIENCES&QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstration of the aspired Enterprise First behaviours (Leadership, Accountability, Teamwork) and Shell core values (Honesty, Integrity, Respect for People)- Proven experience of being a strong team member by working with cross functional contacts and excellent communications skills- Good understanding of Retail Business- Experience in demand forecast management and projection analyses- Work experience and/or Education in economics- Excellent use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Macros and Access) and solid ability to query pricing related data from business warehouse and manipulate data in excel and/or access.-Strong Analytics background: Integration of data from different pricing tools to come up with more solid insights by FPS, ARMED, GSAP, margin tool, etc.-Excellent use of Pricing IT systems and solid ability to lead pricing related datas in excel and data analytics tool such as Alteryx- Self-motivated and willing to learn- Demonstrable competence in managing fuel pricing system, implementing agreed pricing strategy and standard processes, building relationships with Territory Managers, delivering the fuel pricing element of Retail Customer Commitment-English knowledge will be considered as a must- Ability to effectively interface with other units (inside and outside retail)-Ability to interact with customers both within and outside of Shell.- Work under pressure as it is a recurrent daily activity that cannot be interrupted and that is key for the overall retail profitability- Lead multitask properly by working with stakeholders collaboratively in special periods and legistation change periods-Comply with Shell ethics rules and local legistations
