As Shell Turkey, we have an ambition to deliver strong growth in our non-fuel business with golden circle vision which mainly consist of Shell Select Markets and Lubricants. Currently we have more than 800 Select Shops in our Shell sites where we are offering our private label deli2go sandwiches, coffee, hot sandwiches, bakery products and more than 1200 SKUs.
CR Category Management Team Lead is a strategic role that manages range, promotions, pricing, placement and CVPs of Selects with the best commercial mix for Shell, dealer and customer. She will serve the customer for the best convenience retail experience. She will be the contract owner 60+ contracts and manages FMCG suppliers with team. She will also responsible for development of deli2go-private label brand.
Responsibilities:
-Lead & implement category strategies in CO & DO platforms
-Lead food safety with HSSE food safety advisor, suppliers and sales teams
-Deliver category growth & golden circle targets with sales teams & suppliers
-Ensure CR category agenda goes integrated with sales team agenda & Golden Circle strategy
-Develop new, unique, scalable CVPs to attract customers and differentiate from competition
-Serve the best category & deli2go private label experience to customers
-Make Select a high turnover & innovative shop in the eyes of dealers for brand stickiness
-Lead Cross Loyalty programme for Selects, a strategic lever for CR business
-Manage suppliers as Contract owner and contract holder with team
-Choosing and implementing the optimum equipment in Selects
-Follow external Nielsen Retail Panel data to be aware of best sellers in industry
-Regularly experience competition, aware of what competitors are offering to customers
-Managing 4Ps of Select CO Stores
-Ensure delivery of the products on time in full with an agile & robust supply chain
-Actively provides on the job trainings and career coaching to category team
-Manage OPEX and CAPEX in the most efficient and effective way.
-Responsible for Contract owner & contract holder of 60+ contracts with team
