Sorumluluklar

Purpose and Accountabilities:
  • Maximize the business value of Shell Retail Channels in the Turkish market via the implementation of compelling partner and customer value propositions (current and new offers) with efficient site and operating model management
  • Manage the integrated offers to all Retail Channels.
  • Replicate the best practices between CO & DO platforms with a focus on Dealer Value propositions
  • Manage the Retailer Value Proposition Pack including the RVP fees.
  • Be the contract holder of site staff uniform, safety shoes and radio. Lead the end-to-end process.
  • Manage the relationship with the local suppliers that provide various services which are part of Shell’s Channels offers co-operating with Retail CP.
  • Leading Site Opening/Closing and Dealer Change processes.
  • Manage and analyse Retail Sales Team’s monthly ad hoc task&priorities (ROTA).
  • Managing yellow and red card processes for Retail Channels.
  • Being the owner of SPPM, Site Policies and Procedures Manual.
  • Acting as a bridge between local and global stakeholders for Retail Supply Agreements (RSA).
  • Responsible for assuring the compliance and adherence to Global Operating Platform principles.
  • Lead the process to localise the global documents , surveys and processes such as Dealer Sales Presenter, Voice of Retailer and Dealer etc. ensuring it reflects the local agreements, also manage SOWA and VR processes.
  • Liaise with the central Channel Management team as a Subject Matter Expert in all areas related to Shell Channels offers.
Dimensions:
  • Please refer to the Line Manager for the relevant financial figures mentioned below.
  • Shell Turkey has about 1150 sites including 84 CO sites. Channel Offer is a strategic lever to offer competitive services to the Retailers and Dealers.
  • Channel Offer Manager should be responsible for the operations team budget and RVP budget with all the income and cost details ensuring there is no gap between the cost and income delivered from the contribution fees.
  • Site staff uniform and safety shoes services led by the Channel Offer Manager should be in line with the budget determined with finance team. Also, Channel Offer Manager leads the end-to-end process of uniform & shoes service.
