Job Description:
Purpose
The purpose of the role is to ensure that import process of Finished Products, Baseoil & Additives ( 250 mln USD/ annum) are managed smoothly and fully compliant with legal & fiscal rules. The incumbent has the task of ongoing change management to reconcile the changing requirements of the legal & fiscal rules at customs with the operational efficiency and effectiveness of plant operations.
Conducts meetings with the relevant units in order to create a culture of compliance. It informs employees about company policies and answers questions from employees. Regulatory compliance obligations are the responsibility to comply with the legal regulations of the country or region. Since each country has certain legal requirements that apply to financial institutions and other sectors, it follows up.
To ensure that the parts such as catering, transport and cleaning, for which administrative affairs are responsible, are carried out smoothly.
Principle Accountabilities
• Leads and has direct line responsibility for import logistics operations as align with production scheduling operations in meeting objectives for safety, environmental responsibility, customer focus, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Works with Regional Additive Planning organization to operationalize agreed delivery plans that meet customer demand at lowest possible cost, through resource planning and event management in the S&OP process.
• Develop, manage and motivate diverse team of local compliance, import and office staff to ensure that the required competencies are in place to meet current and future business needs, championing a learning culture.
• Responsible for all team members activities make sure on time and meet current legal requirements.
• Responsible for approval of customs tax payments. Manage damaged return product process for import operation.
• To manage Letter of Guarantee Releasing processes.
• Participating in Ministry audits and managing the process.
• Contract holder for custom and general office activities. Work with CP and manage LSC contracts operation and coordination of 5why analysis with suppliers in case of incidents.
• Ensure coordination by establishing the necessary communication with Municipalities, Official institutions and all relevant departments in order to avoid any legal problems within the scope of facility activities (taxes, licenses, etc.)
• Manage all license and license applications related to Derince LSC Hub and to sign all correspondence with official institutions.
• Fully compliant with IS09001 Management Quality system, IS027001 Information security management systems, IATF 16949 International Automotive Tasl< Force , TS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 1 0002 Complaint Handling and Customer Satisfaction and IS045001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, ISO50001 Energy Management Systems.
• Ensure coordination of Derince LSC Staff E&C related activities, complaints and communications with related stakeholders. Be member of Shell Turkey JC Compliance Circle and responsible for all Derince staff to complete all D&I related trainings on time without any issue.
• To ensure that the parts such as catering, transport and cleaning, for which administrative affairs are responsible, are carried out smoothly.

There is an urgent need to improve business results, implementing new Streamline processes and managing significant change in Lubricants Supply Chain in its journey to world-class operations.
Deliver incisive and motivating leadership to the team and ensure effective lubricants supply chain networking in the community.
A key challenge of the role will be to ensure, sustain and further develop alignment of the local logistics operations with global initiatives and to secure high standard of performances, best practice sharing and joint initiatives across the envelope.
