Job Description:

There may be exceptional circumstances that lead to a position not being reviewed for grading purposes. These positions will be shown as "Ungraded Not To Be Evaluated". The following positions do not require a job evaluation:

• Administrative duplicates (e.g. related to relocation, absence coverage etc.)

• Interns (short periods of assignments, relating to those from educational institutes). For these positions, use either the Student or Intern job profile found under the Internship Job Family Group.

In general, project positions are intended to be reviewed and assigned a job grade. Only if the following apply may such positions be marked as “Ungraded Not To Be Evaluated”:

• The intended duration should be for fewer than 18 months (and will not be extended)

AND

• The position is not covered by existing job descriptions or job ladders, or the scope is difficult to assess and likely to change significantly throughout the project.
