Job Description:
In order to support our growth journey in Retail Lubricants, we need to improve our E2E customer journey in Lubbays and other Shell sites for our visitors.
To achieve the highest and challenging sales targets, successful candidate will visit the dealers and CO sites with his/her team 3 days a week, monitor Lubmans and create 2 different customer journeys for SHOC+ and non-SHOC sites. This position will create weekly/monthly/quarterly site visit, sell-in, sell-out and activity plans. This position will use REM @sites and implement a data and reporting system to follow sell-out, Lubman recruitment, site visuals and incentives.
This position will also decide SHOC+ investments & launch IPs. This positio works closely with field teams to hit district targets and keep HSSE standards at the highest level.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visiting 12 sites/week with strict discipline including REM entrance
- Make 1 week of fast visits to reach 20 site visits/week
- Own related lubs data and send & follow relevant reports with field
- Determine & realize site based targets and activity plans such as discounts and free products
- Overlook the content of lubs training packages and sharing them with the relevant parties
- Prepare and share necessary reports for lubs
- Go to dealers with SAMs and DSAMs to show them how to realize lubs sell-in as a role model
- Follow stock reports with team to ensure CO availability.
- Ensuring coordination and cooperation between the relevant field teams and RGM for the preparation of competitor analysis.
- Knowing Helix, Rimula and Advance SKUs in deep detail
- Train new SASs and SAMs for lubricants
- Prepare lubes activity calendar
- Coordinate incentives for Lubmen and sales teams
- Decide SHOC+ investments
- Act as an HSSE leader
- Coach & develop Retail Lubs Sales Team, plan their careers
