• To follow the HSSE Golden Rules, Life Saving Rules and Goal Zero mindset and behaviors.
• To perform R&I Focal Point role for Derince LSC and implement the R&I Program developed according to the Streamline R&I Process and complete all R&I Reviews as planned and keep all data updated as per streamline R&I Process by Interacting with all plant supervisors and line managers.
• To perform super-user role for L-GAME in Derince LSC and support to updated all PRTs and maintenance plans in L-GAME.
• To perform Asset Creation activities for the Investment Projects and and improve Maintenance PRTs.
• To actively support the Derince LSC Maintenance and Investment team in planning of all work orders.
• To coordinate effectively the IM warehouse activities (perform annual wall to wall counts, inventory optimization etc.) and to prepare IM-Warehouse reports, analyze slow/fast movers ,creates PRs for IM Warehouse on a weekly basis and issues related documents for Maintenance& Investment team and drive CI activities ( PDCA,5S) in warehouse.
• To perform Continuous Improvement (CI) activities in Derince LSC Maintenance &Investments Department such as; Waste Elimination Projects, PDCA (Problem Solving), 5S, Visual Management.
• To track and report Maintenance &Investment team KPI s,to support Maintenance team to fully compliant with ISO9001 Management Quality system, ISO27001 Information security management systems, IATF 16949 International Automotive Task Force, TS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 10002 Complaint Handling and Customer Satisfaction Quality Management standards/procedures/work instruction.
• To supervise waste collection process and organize external companies, to work with all plant supervisors to minimize all wastes for Derince LSC and perform user role for MOTAT, and Contract Holder role for waste collection companies.
• To supervise Forklift Maintenance workshop and organize internal and external maintenance activities.
• To manage Maintenance improvement teams as per Shell HSSE rules, and perform Permit Verifier role for work permits.
• To manage proactively all HSSE aspects of engineering activity execution and amongst team members and service providers specifically with e-PTW processes.
• To create MoC forms for related projects, and perform e-PTW PV roles for site executions.
• To support and involve Carbon Reduction works as a user of Energy Monitoring System.
• To be responsible Maintenance Contractor Workshop.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with good command of English,
• Min 2 years experience,
• Planning and organizing skills,
• Analytical thinking,
• Problem-solving capabilities,
• Attention to details; ability to communicate clearly and persuasively,
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
